Irish cream liqueur recipe

This recipe uses homemade condensed milk. To save time, you can replace it with condensed milk. Ingredients Required:

· Whole milk - 1 l;

· Cream - 100 g;

· Whiskey - 300 g;

· Cane sugar - 0.5 cup;

· Vanilla - 1 pod;

· Cocoa powder - 50 g;

· Coffee beans - 3 tbsp. l .;

· Roasted almonds - 50 g;

· Sea salt - pinch.

If desired, the amount of alcohol and sugar can be reduced or increased.

Milk, sugar and vanilla are mixed in a large saucepan with a thick bottom. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring very often, so as not to burn. Then reduce the gas to a minimum and continue to cook, stirring non-stop. The volume of the mixture should be reduced three times. Cream, cocoa, crushed almonds, coffee grains and salt are added to it. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it starts to seethe. Remove from heat, cover and insist 10 minutes.

The milk base is filtered through a fine sieve, cooled for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time so that the heat comes out faster. Then the composition is whipped submersible blender. When the mixture becomes slightly warm, pour the whiskey into it. The drink is ready. Cream-based homemade liquor is stored in the refrigerator for no longer than a month.
