Meat is cut into neat pieces, put in a saucepan, filled with water (about 2 liters), salt and put on fire. Cook the turkey for a little over half an hour, remove and place on the plate. Add boiled potatoes to boiling broth, cook until ready. Then we cut the leek into half rings - and fall asleep in the soup. In the pot again, lay out the pieces of turkey, pepper. If necessary, add salt. Cook for 5 minutes - and the “fateful” soup is ready. It remains only on the plates gently and lovingly scatter greens.
