Stuffed Zucchini with Sauce

You will need
  • - 1-2 zucchini
  • - 300 g minced meat
  • - 1 egg
  • - 1/2 cup rice
  • - 2 small bulbs
  • - greenery
  • - 1 lemon
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • - favorite spices
Onions clean and cut into small cubes. Fry onion in butter until transparent. Then add minced meat to it, fry for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle rice in a frying pan and fill it with a glass of hot water. Stew all together for 10-15 minutes. After that, salt, pepper and add your favorite spices. Mine and finely chop the greens. We send the greens to the pan, mix everything well, simmer another three minutes and remove from the heat.
My squash, cut them across and scrub the pulp. You should try to do this as carefully as possible so as not to damage the walls. After the flesh of zucchini removed, fill them with stuffing. Spread zucchini in a saucepan and pour water or broth so that it covers zucchini 3/4. Simmer zucchini 40 minutes under the lid closed.
While the zucchini stew, prepare the sauce.To do this, mix the lemon juice with the egg, beat well, add a couple of spoons of broth from the pan. Then gently pour the entire sauce to the zucchini. Gently mix and remove from heat. Zucchini ready.
