Sauces for meat dishes- culinary recipe for sauce.


First Option


  1. 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  2. 2 tbsp. l. kefir;
  3. 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  4. 2 tooth. garlic;
  5. pinch of red pepper;
  6. a pinch of black pepper;
  7. A bunch of cilantro or dill, parsley, basil to your taste herbs.

Mix everything, cut the greenery, crush the garlic with a press.

Second Garlic Option


  1. 2 eggs;
  2. 2 tbsp. l. salt;
  3. garlic to taste;
  4. Black and red pepper to taste;
  5. 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  6. lemon juice or a little vinegar
  7. 1/3 Art. kefir.

Cooking in a blender. Put everything in the blender cup. Beat all the ingredients until smooth and start pouring a very thin trickle of vegetable oil. Add lemon juice to taste. Store the sauce in the refrigerator, before serving, fill the sauce with kefir well mixing.

Third Sauce with Kari


  1. 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  2. 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  3. 2 tbsp. Ryazhenka or kefir;
  4. red and black pepper;
  5. 1/2 tsp. kari
  6. 2 tooth. garlic;
  7. 1 tbsp. l. vinegar.

Combine everything and mix thoroughly - the sauce is ready. Keep the sauce in the refrigerator.

The fourth version of Mustard-Honey


  1. 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  2. 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  3. 2 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard or without taste;
  4. 1 tbsp. l. honey;
  5. 1 tooth. garlic;
  6. 1 tsp. lemon juice;
  7. 1 tbsp. l olive oil;
  8. white pepper.

All components are mixed to a thick homogeneous mass.

The fifth version of Hot Turkish sauce


  1. 2 bulbs
  2. 1 tbsp. l tomato paste or 1/2 st.tomat chopped;
  3. 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  4. salt, red and black pepper;
  5. 1 tsp. ground coriander;
  6. cilantro, dill;
  7. 1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar to taste;
  8. 1 sweet pepper (red).

Put everything in the blender cup and beat.
