  1. 1 can (400g) of natural red beans;
  2. 150 g cooked smoked lean ham;
  3. 1 can (340g) of corn;
  4. 400g of small champignons;
  5. 2 sweet red peppers;
  6. 2 red bulbs;
  7. 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
  8. For refueling:
  9. 5-7 sprigs of parsley;
  10. 2 cloves of garlic;
  11. 1 big orange juice;
  12. 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar;
  13. 1 tsp. liquid honey;
  14. 1 tbsp. l. mustard with grains;
  15. 80 ml of vegetable oil.


For dressing, chop the garlic and parsley, whip in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Bake the peppers under the grill until black tan, put in a bag, cool, peel and cut into strips. Beans and corn to fold on a sieve. Cut the champignons large, onions - thin feathers. Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil on maximum heat, stirring often, until the liquid has evaporated, 5 minutes.
