Recipe for pancakes without eggs

Stir the dough using a mixer or blender. If you do not have such a technique, you can mix the mixture manually. Pour out all the bulk ingredients and oil. Stir and gradually add milk and water. So you avoid the appearance of lumps.

Before frying in pancakes, you need to add soda, slaked with vinegar.If you let the dough stand for 30-60 minutes, the flour will give out gluten, due to which the dough will become more elastic. This will allow you to easily turn the pancakes in a skillet.

Let the pancake roast for 30-60 seconds on low heat. Catch pancake by the edge and turn it over. For this purpose it is best to use a spatula.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on the other side.Remove it and put on a plate. Repeat these steps until the dough is complete.
