Actually invented the actuator. They, in turn, can include a solenoid. This device can be used to turn on lighting or something else. The design is very simple. You can repeat it without problems.I bit off the cable connector from the old cable.You can compress a new one, but I had an old wire lying around, so I took it. And as a model of accessibility, not everyone has a cable crimping tool. In all, they need two pieces. The wire from the router is probably not a problem to get.Relay removed from the old board. Initially, the scheme was calculated for a bipolar relay. But the access turned out to be unipolar. Not fundamentally. Next, I will point out in more detail.The scheme is simple. Jumpers in the main device and jumpers in the key can be closed in random order. The diagram shows the contacts of a two-pole relay. But since I have one pole, the jumper of one group is indicated in the diagram.On the key we close the wires according to the diagram. If you take the connector to the wires and the key down, then the contact report is conducted from right to left. We protect the wires and temporarily twist. We bite off extra wires.We collect the actuator ina single construction. Do not forget about the jumpers and the wire going to the second contact of the RG45 connector. We connect the power.Test. I used an LED light bulb as a managed device.Now we simulate an emergency power off, a battery has sat down, or the electricity has been turned off. We unsolder the wires from the battery. Why do we need a wire going to the second pin of the connector? With the help of it, we give a plus from an external device to our relay.Take the second cable connector RG45. Temporarily solder to the battery, which served to power the main device. As was shown in the diagram, 1 and 8 contacts are closed and flustered out to negative. The second contact is soldered to the battery plus. This key also serves as a master key and is used in an emergency situation.Simply insert it into the socket, the relay operates and turns on the light bulb.Well, or in real life unlocks the lock of the door of the protected premises, for example.The key wires are soldered, insulated. We make a loop from the wire and shrink it with shrink tube.
