  • 1 blue onion (any variety);
  • 1 carrot;
  • 200-300 g of smoked chicken breast;

  • 1 avocado;
  • several lettuce leaves;
  • 0.5 cups of walnuts.

  • bunch of parsley;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;

  3. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with yogurt, add finely chopped onion, garlic and parsley.
