Parma ham with melon (or Prosciutto e melone) is one of the most famous Italian appetizers, whose popularity has long gone beyond Italy. This dish conquers with a harmonious combination of sweet and salty, warm and cold. Try the incredible combination of fragrant melon and tender prosciutto ham.

Cooking method:

Rinse the melon, cut it in half, peel and cut into medium-sized slices. Carefully place the peeled melon slices on a plate.

Parma ham cut into wide strips (or you can take the already prepared cutting) and lay out carefully on top of the slices of melon.

You can decorate the finished snack with basil leaves and put it in the fridge for a few minutes.
