  1. Take a large bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar, whisk together. Beat the mixture until it turns yellow with a rich foam. Add salt and mix.
  2. Take a saucepan, pour out the milk, put it on the fire and let it boil. Pour the egg mixture into the milk in a thin stream. Reduce heat to low and boil until thick.So that it does not burn, constantly stir.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, strain the mass into a clean container, allow to cool slightly. Add cream, vanilla sugar, mix. Put ice cream in the fridge overnight. In the morning you can take a sample.

How to make ice cream with condensed milk at home

Children will certainly be happy if you make ice cream from condensed milk. It has an exquisite taste and is very nutritious. To make it you will need the following products:

  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 250 ml of cream;
  • 5 egg yolks;
  • 400 g of condensed milk;
  • 90 g sugar.

Cooking:

  1. Pour the milk into the pan and boil it. Remove from heat and cool. Pound egg yolks with sugar. Put the milk on the fire, add the egg mass, wait until the mass thickens. It should look like a cream. Put the mass in the refrigerator.
  2. Pour the cream into a separate container and whisk them with a mixer. When the mixture thickens, gradually add condensed milk. Then pour in the milk-egg mixture and beat again with a mixer.
  3. Put the mixture in the fridge for an hour. After this time, remove it and whisk with a mixer.Repeat these steps 2 more times. Then put the ice cream in the freezer for 3 hours. Serve with nuts, syrup or fruit. Bon Appetit!

To make the taste of the delicacy more saturated, you can add natural vanilla to the ice cream.
