What oils to buy?
Most often, to combat stress, it is recommended to use eucalyptus, lavender, orange, neroli, lemon, ylang-ylang, lemon balm, and myrrh oils. Also pay attention to the oils of other citrus fruits, jasmine, geranium, sage. As a sedative and for insomnia, chamomile, rose, mandarin, sandalwood, vanilla, neroli, cinnamon, chamomile, jasmine oil should be used. Oils can be mixed, but immediately before use.
How to use essential oils for aromatherapy?
1. Use the aroma lamp (pour some water into the well, put a few drops of oil into it).
2. Take a bath with aroma oils (add a few drops of oil to the water bath before taking a bath).
3. Use aromamedallion (pendant, which is a small vessel for oil)
4. Aroma oil can be used for massage (a few drops of aroma oil are added to massage oil).
