How to cook fried cheese with tomato sauce

You will need
  • -250 g mozzarella cheese
  • -60 g breadcrumbs
  • -100 g of vegetable oil
  • -5 Art. l flour
  • -2 eggs
  • -2 tomatoes
  • -2 Art. l tomato paste
  • -1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • -1.5 tsp. mustard powder
  • -salt
  • -pepper
Beat the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Pour proteins into a blender, add flour and whisk well. Put the mass in a shallow container so that it is convenient to dip the cheese.
Drain the whey from the cheese, cut the mozzarella into cubes or take the cheese into balls. Pour the oil into the pan, heat it well. Dip each slice in a protein-flour mixture, then place in breadcrumbs and dip in a frying pan, fry from all sides until golden brown, put on a paper towel to add excess oil to the glass.
Prepare the grilled cheese sauce. Rinse the tomatoes in cool running water, pour boiling water over them, and then remove the skin. Scrub vegetables on a small grater, add tomato paste, mustard powder and balsamic vinegar, mix everything thoroughly, add salt and pepper and mix again.
Put the sauce in a small bowl, put on the fire and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Do not forget to stir it constantly. Remove sauce from heat, cool a little and whisk with a blender.
Put the fried cheese in breading on a plate, sprinkle it with greens, serve the sauce next. The snack is ready!
