How to cook buckwheat in a slow cooker

You will need
  • For buckwheat porridge on water:
  • - 200 grams of buckwheat,
  • - 400 ml of water
  • - salt, bay leaf, butter - to taste.
  • For buckwheat porridge with milk:
  • - 200 grams of buckwheat,
  • - 2 tbsp. milk
  • - 2 tablespoons of water
  • - butter, salt - to taste.
  • For buckwheat with meat:
  • - 1 cup of buckwheat,
  • - 500 grams of fresh pork or beef meat,
  • - 1 carrot,
  • - 1 PC. onions,
  • - salt, pepper, other seasonings - to taste.
Buckwheat porridge on the water
Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly, pour it into the bowl of the slow cooker, add salt, bay leaf, pour in water. Close the cover of the multicooker, set the mode “Buckwheat” for 20-25 minutes. Add the butter to taste in the finished dish, when it is melted, mix the porridge with a wooden spoon and arrange into plates.
Before cooking, buckwheat can first fry. To do this, having installed the Baking program, melt butter in a bowl of the multicooker, put the washed buckwheat and cook it for 5-10 minutes. Fill the cereal with water and set the mode "Buckwheat."Serve boiled buckwheat as a side dish with butter, mushrooms, fried onions, and greens.
Open the slow cooker and stir the finished porridge with a fork. Close the lid again and turn on the Heat mode for five minutes. Then put porridge on plates, if you want, you can add sugar and a little more butter.
Buckwheat with meat
Cook in a slow cooker healthy and hearty dish - buckwheat with meat. Wash the meat, remove the film, cut the veins. Cut the meat into cubes and place it in the slow cooker, set the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. While the meat is being cooked, peel and finely chop the onion.
Peel the carrot, grate it on a coarse grater.
