Yoghurt Sauce Recipe

Dessert Yoghurt Sauce

  • natural yogurt - 50 ml;
  • water - 200 ml;
  • sugar - 120 g;
  • sour cream - 50 ml;
  • dark chocolate - 30 g;
  • salt - 1 pinch.


  1. Combine yogurt, sour cream and salt. Put the mixture in the microwave and heat to 40-50 ° C.
  2. Melt chocolate in a water bath.
  3. Mix the sugar and water, bring the syrup to a boil and boil it for 2 minutes.
  4. Connect the prepared products, whisk them together.

Serve with pancakes, sweet buns or ice cream.

Turkish Yoghurt Sauce

You can spread thick aromatic supplement on hot bread or pita bread, served with fresh vegetable salad or stew.


  • plain yogurt - 200 g;
  • feta or feta cheese - 80 g;
  • dried mint - 2 tsp;
  • olive oil - 45 g;
  • dill - 0.3 bundles;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • hot pepper - 1 pinch.


  1. Fill the mint with warm oil and let it stand for 10 minutes.

  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • radish - 10 pcs .;
  • cucumber - 1 pc .;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • vegetable oil - 60 g;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • lemon juice - 14 g;
  • salt - to taste.


  1. Grate the cucumber and radish on a fine grater, squeeze the juice.
  2. Whisk yogurt and cottage cheese.
  3. Chop garlic and greens finely.
  4. Combine products, add butter and lemon juice. Salt and pepper sauce to taste.

Instead of the usual yogurt and cottage cheese you can take a thick Greek yogurt. But in this case, the product must first be put in gauze and squeeze the serum.
