For 4 servings:

4 glasses of water

300 g pumpkin

1 potato

1 carrot

2 tbsp. l olive or any vegetable oil

Salt and pepper - to taste

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add there chopped pumpkin, carrots and potatoes. Simmer for 5−8 minutes. Add water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until cooked until the vegetables are soft (about 20-30 minutes). Grind the soup in a blender. Add greens and serve.
