Chuck-chuck in honey pouringis a recipe for an oriental sweet dessert.
- durum wheat flour 300 g.
- chicken egg 3 pcs .;
- milk 3 tbsp. spoons (warm);
- table salt 0.3 tsp;
- vegetable oil 200 ml (for frying);
- honey 3 tbsp. spoons;
- granulated sugar 4 tbsp. spoons.
First, make the dough. Mix in a deep bowl flour with eggs. Add salt and milk. Milk is desirable to warm, but not to boil. Stir with a spatula. Put the dough on the table, sprinkled with a thin layer of flour, and how to knead it until smooth. Cover the dough with a bowl or food film. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes before swelling.
Divide the dough into three equal pieces. We roll each part with a wooden rolling pin into a thin layer no thicker than 2 mm. Roll up layers into sausages and cut into rolls 2 cm wide.

Heat vegetable oil for frying in a cauldron or in a deep fryer. Fry the pieces of dough in oil in small portions, stirring occasionally with a spatula. The dough will be ready when it becomes creamy color.
Spread the fried pieces of dough on a plate with a paper napkin in order to let the excess oil drain.
In a pan, we melt granulated sugar and honey. We use a weak fire to the mixture is not burnt. You can also use a water bath. Stir until smooth.
When the sugar is melted, remove the pan from the heat and pour the honey mixture into the dough. Stir, trying not to break the "noodles."
