Chicken baked with vegetables- a recipe.
- chicken drumstick 800 gr;
- vegetable oil 30 ml;
- salt tsp.
- red tomatoes 200 g;
- sweet red pepper (paprika) 1 pc;
- sweet yellow pepper 1 pc;
- onion (100 gr) 1 pcs;
- Rosemary sprigs 3 pieces;
- garlic cloves 3 pieces;
- ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Cherry tomatoes 200 gr.
Salt the chicken and fry it in a heated frying pan until it turns brown. The photo shows the process of roasting approximately in its middle, as a result, the crust should be more pronounced. Put the fried chicken in a wide baking dish.
Wash vegetables and dry. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, peel the peppers and cut one half into small squares, and the other into strips. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic and rosemary leaves (from one branch).
In a pan where the chicken was fried, save the onions to transparency, then put the tomatoes and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring. Toward the end add finely chopped garlic and rosemary leaves. Salt, pepper to taste.
Pour the resulting sauce on the chicken, spread the peppers on top, cherry tomatoes (do not neglect them, this greatly decorates the taste of the dish). Sprigs of rosemary are also placed on top.
Put the oven preheated to 2000C, bake for 15 minutes.
