Canned chickpeas and tuna add protein and flavor to this hearty pasta salad that's mixed with cucumber, tomato and feta, and dressed with tangy red wine vinaigrette.

bow-tie (farfalle) pasta
can oil packed solid light tuna
1/4 c. each red-wine vinegar and olive oil
2 tbsp. honey-Dijon mustard
large ripe tomatoes
slivered basil leaves
- Make Pasta: Cook pasta as package directs. Drain; rinse under running cold water.
- Make Dressing: Drain oil from tuna into a large serving bowl; reserve tuna. Whisk remaining Dressing ingredients into the oil.
- Make Pasta Salad: Add pasta to bowl, then remaining ingredients. Add tuna and gently break up. Toss well to mix and coat. Serve salad at room temperature.
