Gingerbread with chocolate according to GOST

According to this recipe, you will get gingerbread cookies exactly like in the store, but without harmful additives.

  • 418 g of flour;
  • 201 g of condensed milk;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 33 g of molasses;
  • 29 g of cocoa;
  • 167 g of sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 50 ml of water;
  • 1.3 g of soda;
  • 6 g of salt.

After you measure all the ingredients, proceed to cooking:

  1. Cook the syrup from water and sugar.
  2. Heat the molasses in a water bath and cool it to 20 °.
  3. Mix flour with cocoa and soda. Separately mix the butter with eggs, condensed milk and sugar syrup.
  4. Mix dry and wet mixture, add salt, molasses.
  5. Knead the dough tight, remove it in the cold for half an hour.
  6. Form gingerbread about 50 g each.
  7. Bake them in a hot oven for 8-12 minutes.

Finished gingerbread at will can pour icing. You can also make regular spiced gingerbread with this recipe. To do this, instead of cocoa, use cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices.
